Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant - $1,450 per week

Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week contract in Providence, Rhode Island.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
• Assist patients with exercises and activities to improve their mobility and strength.
• Document patient progress and treatment plans in medical records.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
• Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CPR certification.

Skills

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of physical therapy techniques and equipment.

Pay

Weekly Gross: $14,600 (Based on 40hrs/Week)

Schedule

8 hours per day, 5 days a week.
