Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, assessments, and interventions as needed.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
- Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes or complications.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and post-discharge processes.
- Document all patient care-related activities accurately and in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Strong clinical skills and experience in a relevant medical or surgical area.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required; advanced certifications may be preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined. A quick start bonus is available for eligible candidates.
