Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist - $2,741 per week

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
• Adhere to established treatment plans and protocols.
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly.
• Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team members.
• Ensure accurate documentation using EMR/Charting systems.

Requirements

• Current state or compact license.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience: At least 6 months to 1 year, preferably in LTC or SNF settings.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and principles.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

8-hour day shift, 36 hour guarantee. Occasional weekends may be needed and would discuss prior to scheduling.
