Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting
• Adhere to facility SOPs and clinical protocols
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Current CPR certification
• Minimum of 0 years of experience in a skilled nursing or related setting

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in skilled nursing facilities

Additional Information

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Start Date: 11/09/2026
