Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist - $2,531 per week

About the role

The Good Life MedStaff is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting immediately in Moorhead, Minnesota.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately.
• Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team members.
• Participate in any call or weekend coverage as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of recent relevant experience.
• Current licensure to practice in Minnesota and North Dakota.
• Pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Physical Therapy license in Minnesota and North Dakota.
• Experience working in a SNF setting preferred.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend to be determined.
