Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of Physical Therapy services at the facility.
• Ensure services are provided in coordination with other departments and caregivers.

Requirements

• Active Physical Therapist licensure or certification in Massachusetts.
• American Heart Association BLS certification.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Prior experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) preferred.

Contract Details

• 13-week contract with possibility of extension.
• 36 hours per week, 12-hour day shifts.
• Estimated weekly pay: $2,232 - $2,455 (may include taxable wages and tax-free reimbursements for meals, housing, and incidentals).
