Schedule

• Days shift, 8 hours per day
• Minimum of 40 hours per week
• Assignment duration: 13 weeks (08/31/2026 to 11/28/2026)
• Float rotation may be required

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled therapeutic interventions to patients in a skilled nursing setting
• Adhere to all clinical standards and facility policies

Requirements

• Valid licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Relevant educational background
• Valid state licensure for the practice location
• At least 0 years of experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with elderly or geriatric patient populations
• Familiarity with SNF operations

Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
