Physical Therapy | Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) | Laredo, TX
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on their functional needs and goals
- Help patients improve strength, balance, mobility, and coordination
- Support recovery following illness, injury, surgery, or hospitalization
- Provide gait training, therapeutic exercises, transfer training, and functional mobility interventions
- Help patients increase independence and work toward safe discharge goals
- Collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary team members to support quality patient care
