Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist - $2,330 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting ASAP in Placerville, California.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care in a LTC/SNF setting
• Work 40 hours per week, 8 hours per shift
• Perform physical therapy treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Assess patients' physical capabilities and develop treatment plans
• Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare providers
• Adhere to infection control protocols and safety guidelines

Requirements

• Current license to practice physical therapy in California
• At least one year of relevant clinical experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in computer systems and software

Skills

• Skilled in manual therapy techniques
• Familiarity with orthopedic and neurological conditions
• Experience with patient education and discharge planning
