Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist - $2,291 per week

About the role

A physical therapist is needed to provide skilled nursing facility care.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement treatment plans based on assessment findings
• Perform therapeutic exercises to improve strength, flexibility, and mobility
• Provide patient education on self-care techniques and home exercise programs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately

Requirements

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Experience in SNF setting preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
