About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract starting June 8, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
- Active NH Physical Therapist License
- SNF experience preferred
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current CPR certification
