About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a 14-week contract in Nashua, New Hampshire.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
- Active Physical Therapist license.
- Required to have all necessary certifications and licenses.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
Skills
- Strong clinical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay
Weekly Gross: $2,160.00 (Based on 40 hours)
Schedule
8 hours per day, 5 days a week.
