About the Role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting December 21, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
- Active VA PT License
- Current BLS (AHA) Certification
- 1 Year PT Experience with Recent SNF Experience
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)

Pay
