AHS Staffing is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting ASAP in Jacksonville, Illinois.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs
- Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
- Active and unrestricted professional license(s) and required certifications
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to clinical excellence
