• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift Notes: Facility fixed notes specify PT coverage needed to start as soon as possible, with a 14-day cancel policy and a minimum of 36 hours per week. Candidate must be willing to float between departments as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Certification(s) as a Physical Therapist
• Educational credentials in physical therapy
• Oregon state licensure

Pay Package

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
