Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist - $2,006 per week
About the role
Join Jackson Therapy Partners as a traveling Physical Therapist where you’ll help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide hands-on physical therapy services to improve mobility and function
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Document progress and communicate with referring physicians and other healthcare providers
Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification from AHA or ARC (may be required)
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred
- Experience working in SNFs is a plus

Pay
Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
40 hours per week, 8 hours per shift.
