About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting August 2, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in SNF settings
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Adhere to all regulatory and facility-specific guidelines
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Colorado
- At least one year of recent clinical experience in SNF settings
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy
- Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in computer software relevant to physical therapy
Skills
- Skilled in assessment and treatment of orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions
- Knowledgeable in the use of therapeutic modalities and equipment
- Effective problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

Pay
Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
