The position involves working at a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) as a Physical Therapist in Marshfield, Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in accordance with their treatment plans.
• Assess patients' physical condition and develop individualized treatment programs.
• Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers as needed.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe work environment.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in Wisconsin.
• Experience in SNF settings preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
