Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist - $1,966 per week
About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Skilled Nursing Physical Therapist (PT) to join a quality-driven SNF focused on restoring mobility, independence, and quality of life for short-term rehab and long-term care patients. This role is ideal for clinicians who value 1:1 patient care, interdisciplinary collaboration, and meaningful functional outcomes. New Grad PTs welcome with mentorship available.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery
- Develop and update individualized plans of care (POC)
- Provide 1:1 skilled therapy to primarily Medicare patients
- Collaborate with nursing, OT, SLP, and rehab leadership
- Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries
- Educate patients and families on mobility, safety, and recovery
Qualifications
- Doctorate or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy
- Active (or pending) state PT license
- SNF experience preferred, not required
- Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
Pay
Competitive weekly pay. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
- Duration: 13 weeks
- 40 hours per week
- Shift: 8 hours, days (07:00:00-15:00:00)
