About the role

We are seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Westernport, Maryland. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in a SNF setting.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans
• Provide therapy to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Educate patients and families on exercise programs and injury prevention
• Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Implement interventions in various settings
• Participate in discharge planning and coordinate follow-up care for continued rehabilitation

Requirements

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy
• Maryland Physical Therapist (PT) license
• Current BLS/CPR Certification

Pay

$1,932.66 - $1,992.43 per week

Schedule

• 13-week assignment
• Day shift, 5x8 hours (up to 40 hours per week)
• Full-time, non-exempt position
• On-site at a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
