Pioneer Healthcare Services is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting in Flagstaff, Arizona. This position offers an opportunity to make a significant impact while working on-site in a travel assignment.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans
- Provide therapy to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and families on exercise programs and injury prevention
- Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Implement interventions in various settings
- Participate in discharge planning and coordinate follow-up care for continued rehabilitation
Qualifications
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy
- AZ Physical Therapist PT license
- Current BLS/CPR Certification

- Duration: 13 weeks
- Shift: 8 hours, days
- 40 hours per week
Pay
$1,930.55 - $1,990.26 per week, based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
