Responsibilities
- Assess patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans
- Provide therapy to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and families on exercise programs and injury prevention
- Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Implement interventions in various settings
- Participate in discharge planning and coordinate follow-up care for continued rehabilitation
Qualifications
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy
- NJ Physical Therapist PT license
- Current BLS/CPR Certification

Pioneer Healthcare Services is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a 52-week assignment starting immediately in Carneys Point, New Jersey.
Pay, Benefits, and Schedule
Pay: $1,895.86 - $1,954.49 / week
Benefits: Medical, dental, vision insurance, 401K, and relocation assistance.
Schedule: 40 hours per week, 8 hours per shift, days.
