Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Occupational Therapist

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Travel Occupational Therapist to provide patient care in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. This position offers the chance to explore rural Virginia while maintaining professional growth and stability.

Responsibilities

• Help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve daily living skills.
• Deliver quality therapy services during day shifts in a supportive environment.
• Document and chart care in compliance with long‑term care regulations.
• Utilize electronic medical record (EMR) systems for accurate documentation.
• Maintain accurate records and follow all regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Virginia OT license.
• Current BLS certification.
• Prior experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility is preferred.
