Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Occupational Therapist Assistant - $1,645 per week

Job Summary

Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA) specializing in skilled nursing facility (SNF) care, located in Fork, South Carolina. The role provides therapeutic support and implements treatment plans under the supervision of licensed therapists, working within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high‑quality patient care.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience as an Occupational Therapy Assistant in a skilled nursing facility setting.
• Current certification and licensure for occupational therapy assisting in South Carolina.
• Required qualifications include certifications, education, and degree requirements as specified by the employer.
• Preferred: additional experience in SNF environments, familiarity with state‑specific licensure requirements, and prior experience with therapy documentation and treatment planning.
• Float rotation may be required.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain proper certification and licensure throughout the assignment.

Schedule

Days shift – 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week. Assignment runs from 09/21/2026 to 12/19/2026 (13 weeks).

Pay

Pay package is based on 8‑hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
