Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Occupational Therapist for a 13-week contract in Santa Rosa, California.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans to improve functional abilities.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Document patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare providers.
Requirements
- Active California Occupational Therapy License.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current CPR certification.
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or post-acute care setting preferred.
