About the role
This 13-week travel assignment offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting. The role is on-site with a day shift of 8 hours per day, up to 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy to enhance functional abilities and promote independence
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and families on adaptive strategies and equipment use
- Monitor and document patient progress and treatment outcomes
- Implement interventions in various settings
- Participate in discharge planning and transitional care coordination
Requirements
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- California Occupational Therapy Licensure
Pay
$2,617.89 - $2,698.86 per week
