About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Occupational Therapist for a 13-week contract starting August 17, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Adhere to current BLS/BCLS certification and maintain active Occupational Therapist license.
- Experience with Cerner EMR is preferred but not required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy (Master's preferred) from an accredited program.
Qualifications
- Active Occupational Therapist License.
- Current BLS/BCLS Certification.
- Experience with Cerner EMR preferred.
