About the role
American Traveler is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week contract position at a Skilled Nursing Facility in Painesville, Ohio.
Responsibilities
- Provide therapeutic interventions to promote independence and improve quality of life for patients.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Current, active OT license required if applicable.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in occupational therapy.
- Current BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross).
- One professional reference required for consideration.
- Skills checklist for OT specialty completed within the last 12 months required for consideration.
Qualifications
Must have a bachelor's degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program.
Benefits
Tax-free stipend to be determined based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week.
Pay
Pay package is subject to confirmation.
Schedule
8-hour day shift, 5 days per week.
