Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Occupational Therapist - $2,460 per week

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting on August 10, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
• Assess patients' functional abilities and develop treatment plans to promote independence.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Current license to practice occupational therapy in California.
• At least two years of recent, relevant clinical experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program.
• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with diverse populations.
• Ability to adapt to new environments and cultures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records systems.

Skills

• Skilled in assessment and treatment of physical, cognitive, and psychosocial needs.
• Experience working in long-term care settings.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week, with a tax-free stipend to be determined. The estimated weekly payment includes hourly wages, meal and incidental expenses, and housing expenses.

Schedule

Days shift, 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day.
