About the role

Cross Country Allied is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Occupational Therapist for a 13‑week assignment in Seattle, Washington. The OT will provide therapy services to patients within a skilled nursing facility, supporting recovery and independence through personalized care plans while adhering to facility protocols and standards of practice.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients to determine functional abilities and therapy needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessments.
• Implement therapy interventions to promote recovery and independence.
• Document care according to facility policies and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care.
• Participate in float rotations as required.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field.
• Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• 0 years of experience required.
• Available to start on 11/30/2026 and complete the assignment by 03/01/2027.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting.
• Willingness to participate in float rotations.

Pay

Pay package is based on 8‑hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined. Competitive salaries are offered.
