Responsibilities
- Assess patients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy to enhance functional abilities and promote independence
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and families on adaptive strategies and equipment use
- Monitor and document patient progress and treatment outcomes
- Implement interventions in various settings
- Participate in discharge planning and transitional care coordination
Requirements
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active California Occupational Therapy Licensure
Pay
$2,211.25 - $2,279.64 per week (based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week, subject to confirmation). Tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
