A travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Occupational Therapist position is available in Portland, Oregon. The start date is ASAP and the duration is 13 weeks with 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in SNF settings
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Experience in SNF setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Passing score on the NCLEX-RN
• Current CPR certification
