Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT with Jackson Therapy Partners! We’re seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily skills while exploring a brand-new location. Hazel Crest is a south suburban community about 25 miles from downtown Chicago and near Interstate 80 and Interstate 294 for regional travel. The area offers access to Tinley Creek Trail System in the Forest Preserves of Cook County and is within driving distance of Lake Michigan shoreline destinations. Clinicians in Hazel Crest can explore nearby Homewood and Tinley Park for dining and entertainment, and downtown Chicago provides museums, sports venues, and major cultural landmarks.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
- Help patients regain or improve daily living skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active state license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification may be required from AHA or ARC.

Pay
Pay package is based on 8‑hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
