Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 27, 2026, in Mount Vernon, Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' functional abilities and develop treatment plans to help them regain or improve daily living skills.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care plans.
• Provide individualized therapy sessions to enhance mobility, strength, and independence.
• Document progress and communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License to start the assignment.
• BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
