Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Occupational Therapist for a 13-week contract in Chelsea, Massachusetts.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and standards related to occupational therapy practice.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Requirements
- Active Occupational Therapist License.
- Current BLS/BCLS Certification.
