Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Gresham, Oregon.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Adhere to all regulatory and professional standards of practice.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
Requirements
- Active Occupational Therapy license.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Qualifications
- Experience in SNF settings preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay
