About the role

We are seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Passaic, New Jersey. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact by enhancing patients' functional abilities and promoting independence.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapy to enhance functional abilities and promote independence
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Educate patients and families on adaptive strategies and equipment use
• Monitor and document patient progress and treatment outcomes
• Implement interventions in various settings
• Participate in discharge planning and transitional care coordination

Requirements

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
• New Jersey Occupational Therapy Licensure

This is a full-time, on-site travel assignment with the following details:

• Location: Passaic, NJ
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks
• Shift: Day, 5x8-hour shifts (up to 40 hours per week)

• Pay: $1,969.34 - $2,030.25 per week
