Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Occupational Therapist - $1,986 per week

Supplemental Health Care is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment at a skilled nursing facility in Medford, Oregon.

About the Role

This full-time contract position offers 40 hours per week with an 8-hour day shift. The role involves overseeing day-to-day Occupational Therapist services and ensuring coordination with other departments and caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall day-to-day operations of Occupational Therapist services at the facility.
• Ensure services are provided in accordance with other departments and caregivers.

Requirements

• Active Occupational Therapist licensure/certification in Oregon.
• American Heart Association BLS certification.
• At least 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist.
• Prior experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) preferred.

Pay

$1,800 - $1,986 per week. Estimated weekly payment may include both taxable wages and tax-free reimbursements for meals, housing, and incidentals.

Schedule

• 13-week contract with possibility of extension.
