Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Occupational Therapist - $1,950 per week

About the role

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting August 7, 2026, in Rapid City, South Dakota.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' functional abilities and develop treatment plans to help them regain or improve daily skills.
• Provide individualized therapy sessions to address physical, cognitive, and emotional needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document progress and communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License to start the assignment.
• BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.

Qualifications

• Dedicated and compassionate.
• Experience in SNF settings is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Ability to adapt to new environments and cultures.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
