Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Occupational Therapist - $1,935 per week
Job Responsibilities
- Assess functional needs and set appropriate goals for the patient.
- Reassess patient functional needs and adjust care plan as indicated to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Document evaluations and occupational therapy treatment goals and plans.
- Utilize resources and materials in an efficient and safe manner.
- Perform all duties promptly in a competent and caring manner.
Job Requirements
- Active state license as an occupational therapist.
- CPR/BLS certification.
- Six months of OT experience within the last five years.

About the Role

Pay
Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Qualifications
Active state license as an occupational therapist. Current CPR/BLS certification. Six months of OT experience within the last five years.
