Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Occupational Therapist - $1,935 per week

Job Responsibilities

• Assess functional needs and set appropriate goals for the patient.
• Reassess patient functional needs and adjust care plan as indicated to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document evaluations and occupational therapy treatment goals and plans.
• Utilize resources and materials in an efficient and safe manner.
• Perform all duties promptly in a competent and caring manner.

Job Requirements

• Active state license as an occupational therapist.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Six months of OT experience within the last five years.

About the Role

We are looking for a talented Occupational Therapist with skilled nursing experience to work at an excellent healthcare facility in Hilo, HI. The job will entail providing therapy and rehabilitation services to patients at the facility.

Pay

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Qualifications

Active state license as an occupational therapist. Current CPR/BLS certification. Six months of OT experience within the last five years.
