About the role

Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Occupational Therapist for a 13-week contract in Crossville, Tennessee.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
• Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and standards related to occupational therapy practice.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately and timely.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist.
• Active Tennessee Occupational Therapy License.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy (Master’s degree preferred).

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed.

Schedule

Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
