Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Occupational Therapist - $1,775 per week

About the role

Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Occupational Therapist for a 13-week contract starting immediately in Walkersville, Maryland.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
• Adhere to all regulatory and professional standards of practice.
• Document patient care activities accurately and in accordance with facility policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment goals.
• Conduct evaluations and progress reviews as required by the facility.

Requirements

• Active MD Occupational Therapist License
• Current BLS/BCLS Certification
• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy (Master’s preferred)

Qualifications

• Experience in a skilled nursing facility setting is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

Weekly Gross: $1,774.50
