Responsibilities

• Provide consultation and communication with patients, families, caregivers, and other health‑care providers regarding cognitive and physical disorders.
• Participate in patient care reviews and rehabilitation conferences.
• Support supervision of students under the guidance of an Occupational Therapist.
• Adhere to practice acts, ethics, and professional conduct as defined by governing bodies.

Required qualifications

• Valid state licensure/registration as an Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA).
• Minimum of 1 year OTA experience in long‑term care or rehabilitation settings.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility (SNF).

Pay

Pay package is based on 8‑hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
