About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment in Denison, Iowa.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans to improve functional abilities.
- Implement therapeutic activities and exercises to enhance patient independence and quality of life.
- Document patient progress and communicate with interdisciplinary team members.
Requirements
- Active IA COTA License
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current active COTA license in Iowa.
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility setting preferred.
Skills
- Strong clinical skills in occupational therapy.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Pay
Pay: $1,512.00 per week
Schedule
Shift: 8 hours
