Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - $2,150 per week

About the role

Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a 13-week contract starting August 24, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans to improve functional abilities.
• Document patient progress and communicate with interdisciplinary team members.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.

Requirements

• Active California COTA License.
• BLS certification through American Heart Association.
• State license/Certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant.

Qualifications

• Experience in a skilled nursing facility setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

• Knowledge of occupational therapy principles and techniques.
• Proficiency in using medical equipment and devices.
• Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
