Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a 13-week contract in Lebanon, Pennsylvania.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Adhere to all professional standards and regulations related to occupational therapy practice.
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately and timely.
Requirements
- Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant License
- Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant License must be active and in good standing.
- Current BLS Certification
Pay
Weekly Gross: $1,520.00 (Based on 40 Hrs)
Schedule
40 hours per week, 8 hours shift
