Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - $1,920 per week

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care
• Document progress and communicate with referring physicians and other healthcare providers

Requirements

• Current certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility setting preferred

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passport required for travel assignments
