Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - $1,590 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a 13-week contract starting December 14, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
• Assist patients in performing daily activities that promote independence and quality of life.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting preferred.
• Valid California license as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
