Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel job in Fairmont, West Virginia. This post-acute rehab opportunity offers the chance to work with adult and geriatric patients while helping them improve independence, safety, mobility, and overall functional ability. This is a great fit for a COTA who enjoys hands-on patient care, working under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, and supporting patients as they progress toward their rehab goals.

Responsibilities
- Carry out treatment plans established by the supervising Occupational Therapist.
- Assist patients with ADL retraining, functional mobility, upper extremity activities, transfer training, and adaptive equipment use.
- Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising OT.
- Educate patients on safety strategies, home exercise programs, and functional independence techniques.
- Complete timely documentation and progress notes.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary rehab team to support patient outcomes.
Requirements
- West Virginia COTA License Required
- BLS Required
- SNF or post-acute experience preferred
Schedule
- Duration: 13 weeks
- 40 hours per week
- Shift: 8 hours, days
