Job Description

Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a 13-week contract starting August 24, 2026, in Port Charlotte, Florida.

Requirements

  • Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
  • Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
  • Current Florida COTA license required
  • Current CPR/BLS certification required

Responsibilities

  • Implement treatment plans established by the Occupational Therapist
  • Aid patients in improving activities of daily living (ADLs)
  • Provide therapeutic exercises and functional mobility training
  • Inform patients and caregivers about adaptive equipment and safety techniques
  • Document patient progress and communicate with the interdisciplinary team
  • Support patients in achieving maximum independence and quality of life
